Poetry. "A gaudy, blistering, over-the-top wild love-complaint cry-out. Call it sentimental, it will kick you in the teeth. 'Your lipstick strapped tightly to my chest / I run into a crowded restaurant / And plug it in, ' and the lights come on for a new line, an underground line, an express line, expressive, ancient, new and bold." Cathy Wagner, judge of the 2011 Ahsahta Press Chapbook Contest"

WOW. These poems are made of black glass so sharp and clear they could cut a White Walker. Haunting, evocative, existing in that liminal space between the mundane and the cosmic. Reminded me of the hit film THE WITCH. I'll even forgive it the long 90s/00s emo band poem titles. READ THIS BOOK!!!!

Trying to destress from a stressful day at work with some spooky Midsummer poetry (with long titles).
