Pickpick

Eric Rill takes the reader through a journey of a man who is diagnosed with Alzheimer‘s disease. In each chapter, the narrator changes from Saul to each of his family members which allows the reader to experience the full effect of the story. As the book progresses, Saul‘s disease does the same. It‘s a quick read, but a powerful one.

#90sinJuly #WheresMyMind 🤔Early onset dementia and Alzheimer's is a truly heartbreaking illness💔These novels all deal with the disease and the effects on both family members, caregivers and those who have the condition. I've just started Idaho, and it seems one of the main characters suffers from early onset dementia. I pray one day scientists can discover a way to prevent this terrible neurological disorder.

DivineDiana I join your prayers. 🙏🏻 7y

underthebelljar I pray for this as well. My grandmother had Alzheimer's and it was horrible to watch the disease take over. Thankfully there are better medications now but there's still a long way to go. 7y
