pickBlock's novels never disappoint me. She just has a gift for making you see the magical and the beautiful in the most unlikely places. Her prose can be pretty flowery so she's definitely not for everyone. But if you're a YA fan and you haven't read any of her work, please, please do it now! This would be a great place to start. If you enjoy it, move on to "Dangerous Angels" which follows Weetzie after high school. #yalit
