Loud Whispers
Loud Whispers | Thony Dorvil
1 post
This book of captivating expressions of thought brings a sentiment of gratitude and encouragement for those brave enough to love wholeheartedly, selflessly, and unconditionally without expecting anything in return. This extraordinary group of people, however strong and selfless, ever so softly cry out from the depth of their existence for the hope that while not everyone will hear them, the one closest to them may at least read their lips. Having been strong for far too long, they suffer in silence. You want help, you need to be heard, but those around you just seem to need you just a little more thus creating an environment of loud whispers where no one hears your cries but yourself. This is especially reserved for every man and woman who has experienced great losses and setbacks but wake up every day and fight to rewrite their ever-evolving story. Connect with your greatest success story through this collection of poems, quotes, short writings, and favorite sayings. After each reading, take a moment to reflect on it with the corresponding Bible verse provided and annotate personal takes on the self-reflection page for the things you have successfully overcome and those still under construction. Thony Dorvil speaks on diverse subjects such as love, pain, regret, life, and so much more. May this book assist in your daily fight as you hopscotch through stages to greater tests that will ultimately serve as your momentum to push through your fears to reach your best version. Always remember, you were distinctly custom built for your life. Enjoy the reading!

This was me last night. After having a rare weekend off, I was not ready to face Monday again so soon.

I have to admit I don't like this episode, it seemed too far fetched even for science fiction. A deaf mute who becomes a renounced negotiator? In the 24th century, they hadn't found a way to restore his hearing or voice? It didn't ring true for me.

OrangeMooseReads Push that back one hour and you have me every night LOL 5y
Megabooks Love this. And it does seem like they should be able to do something, but that never really occurred to me, which I now find strange! 5y
RamsFan1963 @Megabooks Unless Riva rejected attempts to fix his condition, maybe felt he would lose his advantage as a negotiator, make him seem more ordinary if he could hear and talk like everyone. That would be sad. 5y
Reggie Especially since in Star Trek 4 when they go back in time to get a whale, Bones is at the hospital and reverses that elderly women‘s diabetes. 5y
