In this gripping psychological thriller, Alzheimers, the disease that turns those closest to the sufferer into total strangers, takes hold of Konrad. The story depicts a man with a void in his soul whose only salvation lies buried deep within him.

Bailedbailed

Didn‘t know that this was Martin Suter‘s first novel, it‘s from 1997 and part of his “neurological trilogy” (of which I read and loved the 2nd instalment “The dark Side of the Moon”).

Was on my sub for long but I already sensed yesterday that I ain‘t in the mood for it. I already didn‘t understand the very beginning where a cable car is running through a villa on page 3. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So I put it away. Maybe I try again when I run into the audiobook.
