🎧I‘m not sure why, maybe because I was in the mood but I loved this short story!! It was just what I needed. James Marsters provides narration that was a comforting Dresden blanket so I felt enveloped in the story. Simple somewhat romantic tale of children of supernatural beings finding their own way oblivious to who they are & the danger they represent. I wouldn‘t mind more stories like this. Enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed this collection of Bigfoot stories from the Dresden universe. I loved the interactions between Harry, Strength of a River in His Shoulders, and Irwin. Even in the short stories Butcher can cram so much Harry goodness and I love it!

I almost skipped this Humble Bundle inclusion, the Dresden Files being way less my thing than I expected, but I figured I'd at least give it a shot. And hey! It was fun!

This Subterranean Press edition collects three stories in which Harry Dresden helps the same kid at different points in his life. The characters are well drawn, the magic feels lived in, and you don't need to have read the novels to keep up.

Maybe I'll try the series again.

It's always a pleasure to listen to the Dresden Files and this wonderful little set of side stories was no exception. I really enjoyed the fact that Butcher set each story at different points of Harry's career, allowing you to marvel at how far his character has come over the main storyline.

The secondary characters were well built and I cared about all of their fates. Overall a great read and worth checking out if you love the Dresden files.

Blueberry My son-in-law likes these also. I bought him the latest one for Xmas. 6y

Sometimes (maybe every day) I despise my job just because I can't hang out more with my Kindle and my paperback books. But you know what they say: no job=no money= no books 😥😥😥

I enjoyed the side plot in these stories. Harry Dresden gets so bogged down by life and death situations in Chicago that its nice to give him a little break to commune with nature.

Sometimes my head is like an Etch A Sketch. I shook it a little, and the image went away.
