A local artist has been working on a mural at my library. He's just about done. This is my favorite section of it. I especially get a real kick out of the bird sticking out of the tree and the title of the book the tree is reading. 😁
Libraries have been posting Baby Yoda holding the library's library card on their Facebook pages. Of course my library followed suit. He's so cute!
My library posted this on Facebook today. I work tomorrow, so it being Friday is not quite as satisfying. But I look forward to reading on my breaks and tonight after work.

Part of the Summer Reading Program we are doing at my library is pet library cards. Pay a dollar for a library card for your pet! All proceeds are going to our local humane society. Also for every book our patrons read in front of their pet, they can be entered into a drawing for one of two pet gift baskets.
So Peri now has a library card.
