What a CUTE YA Enemies-To-Lovers romance! During quarantine, I got to travel the city of Seattle without leaving my living room. I also enjoyed the game of Howl, a combo of Assassin and a scavenger hunt. The characters were so well developed and the writing was fun and unique. I am looking forward to reading more of this author‘s work in the future.
Rowan Roth is so busy writing perfect moments inner head that real life is lacking in its sparkle and let‘s not forget her nemesis Neil McNair. I really enjoyed this book. Rowan is Jewish and Mexican which was a pleasant surprise. This book made me miss Seattle so much (stupid Covid). It was really great how the author focused on Rowans love for romance novels and how detrimental that can be due to what some say about them not being “real” books.
I struggle with Australia Day. Mostly because I am embarrassed by our current government‘s lack of leadership and positive engagement with not only our indigenous community, but also refugees and asylum seekers. So while I am happy to take the holiday, I think of it more in terms of invasion day. #alwayswillalwayswillbe #niadoc #standwithyou #currentlyreading #contemporaryromance #allinoneday Also, the #cycad has loved all the rain.
A little slow but I loved this romance so freaking much, and I was sad to leave. I love the scavenger hunt and enemies to lovers tropes!
It was good, I love enemies to lovers books, I didn‘t like how they had that one thing in the end, they JUST got together and suddenly their in love and having sex?? In ONE DAY????
I got my Pre-order gifts the same day my Pre-order was delivered. How lucky was that?!
I love these postcards and can‘t wait to frame them.
