Henry must keep Ribsy out of trouble so they can go salmon fishing with his father. This of course results in Ribsy getting into well-intentioned trouble. I don‘t love the henry books as much as the ramona books, but it was still fun. Ramona starts to take on her role as a pest - and you get to see her and Beezus from an outside perspective. This series came first and you can see how Cleary‘s writing and ideas evolved. #readaloud
