My goals are 3 minimum 30 minute walks per week and 4 audiobooks during the 6-Week challenge.

I audio read at 1.5-2.5 speed, and if I get some additional shorter walks in, I should be able to keep those 4 books “walk only.”

My book goal is 4 books and my fitness goal is to walk a minimum of 15 km/week.

Milena I love this idea! The only thing is that I need bass and beats to motivate for a workout. On the other hand, I get lots and lots of chores done around the house with an audiobook playing in the background.

DebbieGrillo @Milena The books you read don't have to be read while exercising. You just have to have a books total goal and a fitness goal. 5y
