Today‘s gentle reminder
pickThis small book was recommended to me by a dear friend. It brings me peace when I read it. In the back of the book are directions for very simple meditations to use for a daily practice. Although I have completed the book, I plan to keep this on my nightstand, and to choose a page before sleeping for reflection.
