so-soThis is a great book with a TON of poems. Some are short and some are long so there is a variety of reading levels. The illustrations are simple, yet effective. A good book for a student with down time.
I would definitely want this to be in my classroom! I think it‘d be fun to share a poem a day from this book.
pickThis poem has great rhythm and I think kids would pick up on it very well. It flows very naturally and is easy to read. This has lots of plays on words and alliterations and onomatopoeia.
