Not my favorite book in this series - Gage‘s “relationship” with the crazy lady while undercover while Tinker was next door just bothered me - even though I understood why it was happening - I did like the second half better than the first. #romance #romantsy

This is another good installment of the Reaper's storyline. I really like Gage. He is a hard worker, loyal to a fault, and sounds super sexy. Tinker sounds like a fun person and I definitely pictured a pin up girl. But she treated Gage like crap. The story focused more on Gage spying on the Nighthawk and less on the romance. Once the fire hit town the story just seemed rushed. I would've loved to experience Gage and Tinker more as a couple.
