Dr. Oz quackery with gorgeous design still quacks. Not that there isn‘t some decent advice herein. He‘s pushing product in this book and when he says “numerous studies show” he cites none. For nutrition advice, try “Dressing on the Side.” For sleep advice, try “The Sleep Solution.” Brushing your skin won‘t “decrease the load on your kidneys” 😂 but feels nice. This is where I bailed.
