Tamer Animals is an excellent coming of age story and an enjoyable read from start to finish. I could not put this book down! Watch out for the Goatman!!

I'm super excited to start this today! I'm hoping to finish it by Saturday since Justin and I will be doing a live virtual round table this Saturday with Spilling Ink.

I loved this book. So creepy and the story kept my attention. Highly recommend .

I want to use Strong Language but I'll refrain. If you're okay with body horror (I'm not in visual media, so-so in written word) check out this up and comer. I really thought this would be a 3* read but it had me effing clinging to my seat the second half.

Holy hell, I thought I knew what I was getting into right off when four teens decide to take a camping trip into an area with hazy local rumors of a monstrous Goatman surrounding it. And shit is just getting way crazier and more grotesque than I could have imagined 😱😱😱.

Ah youth. I'm still in the setup portion of the book where we meet our cast of four high school dudes on the last day of school and buying weed but man. Shit rings true 😂.
