Crazeedi @violettemeier oh my yes they do! I am a firm believer in herbal remedies for many conditions. I have several certificate from classes I've taken. A story-A friend had horrible allergies and I told her about a couple supplements that might help her, she tried them and she became an herbal aficionado too. I use them for various things. My hubby uses homeopathic remedy for his leg cramps that works well. (edited) 4y

Crazeedi @violettemeier there are many tracts of study when it comes to alternative medicine, such as Ayurveda , Chinese , homeopathy, Herbal studies, essential oils, etc. Each has their strong points, and I've used all of them depending of what I'm needing. I've spent years studying , and there is so much to digest. There is a tract called Material Medica that has been in use for many years, 4y
