I never really hear anyone talking about the Books of the Cataclysm series. I think they're fantastic. Each book, although connected, are so very different than one another. I highly recommend them, and although the first book in the series has elements of our own world the rest of the series is a whole different kind of world than what we know.
There's a 4th book too, but I don't own.
