Mehso-so

A quick, comforting read. I didn't enjoy this as much as the Judy Blume books that I read as a kid. A story of divorced women and their daughters finding themselves.

Author Blume writes that the book title came from a comment by one of the women characters who's trying to reunite with her ex, to her friend in the same boat, "How come smart women like us keep falling in love with schmucks?" No need to man-bash I say; we are all capable of smartness as well as schmuck-ness, regardless of gender ???
