Mehso-so

While there was swashbuckling, I‘m not sure I was in the mood for this book—an open love letter to Stars Wars—which is good but not as great as I hoped it would be. Cinematic in scope, & the way the plot moves from one action scene to the next, the book does manage to entertain even if it leaves you, or at least me, wanting a little more. A fast read with some likable characters, it will undoubtedly find an audience. Fun but not a necessary read.

Going with a swashbuckling space adventure next...leastways, I expect swashbuckling...I hope there‘s swashbuckling! Really, I just wanted to use the word “swashbuckling.” Of course, I have now overused it but it‘s such a great word! Ok, well, I‘m going to head out into the universe now.
