Wow, that was intense. It was her debut novel and I now must read the rest (taking a break first because that was intense). If you like thrillers and twists and turns, check this out! Creepy serial killer? Check badass survivor of said killer? Check. Equally badass mercenary who drags badass survivor back into the fray? Check. This book focuses mainly on Sabrina but I would love more Michael too. #jubliantjuly

Andrew65 This sounds a must read. Well done 👏👏👏 4y

Finally settled on my stack for the #JubilantJuly readathon starting tomorrow. These are my July must reads-mostly for various groups, a couple just because. And all are subject to change. I‘d like to finish Carved in Darkness (at 73% current), finish 1st Grave (halfway), finish Penguins (only 2 chapters in). Progress in the others would be a bonus. @Andrew65

Pageturner1 I enjoyed First Grave On The Right. I have to read the rest of the collection. 4y

⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just what the doctor ordered. Because I find this a difficult time to concentrate as we are in a shelter in place because of a worldwide pandemic and anxiety is running high, I needed a paint by numbers easy serial killer mystery to take me down the pager turner rabbit hole.

There isn‘t anything very original here, woman kidnapped and tortured as a young lady, survives, many years later seeks revenge. Fun stuff

Great book! Loved this! Suspenseful and graphic! So well done makes you question the person in line behind you at Starbucks.
Question for the hive mind: use of pen names. I write under many genres and have been told to use pen name for each for the ease of the reader...what are your thoughts? My genres are very different from one another.

DrexEdit I don't know if it's for the ease of the reader so much as the ease of the marketing. Especially if you write in really different genres. 6y
