A passionate, magical and unique take on some well-known angel mythology, this is such a wonderful read.
I was especially impressed with how the author balanced epic scenes (the scene on the beach at the beginning- seriously apocalyptic!) with a very human element, without the two jarring.
Definitely recommend this for anyone who enjoys well researched world building and a mythical adventure with a strong heroine
