2 posts | 4 read | 4 to read
A truck full of illegal Mexican immigrants slaughtered with supernatural force is found by the side of a road. Trying to find answers, Sam and Dean are plunged into the dangerous world that exists along the Mexican border. They encounter a tattooed, pistol-packing bandita on a motorcycle who seems be everywhere they go before they get there. Xochi Cazadora draws them into a whole new world of monsters... A Supernatural novel that reveals a previously unseen adventure for the Winchester brothers, from the hit TV series!

Almost done with this book. Takes place during season six and the question is brought up yet again if Ben isn't Dean's son with Lisa. I know it's been mentioned in the show that he's not but then again it's really hard to say. I can see both sides of the argument. Really enjoying going back and rereading the tv tie ins. Next one will be one I haven't read at all.

KathyWheeler I can see both sides of the issue too. On the one hand, Ben behaves a lot like Dean; on the other hand, Dean's machismo is not uncommon. I've only read two Supernatural books -- 1 was okay and one was awful. Maybe I'll check this one out 7y
HollyMcMiller @KathyWheeler I've read the majority of the Supernatural books out there and there have been only a few that were so-so. I always make sure to check the first few pages to see if there's an author's note as to when the story takes place. Do you remember which two that you read? (edited) 7y

"Dean had never quite imagined his life might end like this. Naked in a Tijuana brothel with an eighty year old woman dressed like Janine from Spinal Tap sizing up his junk and looking distinctly unimpressed"

Singular greatest thing I have ever read #supernatural #deanwinchester
