This is the best self-help book I have ever read! It is straight forward, easy to read and provides practical exercises to attain self-discipline. Unlike other books of its caliber, it doesn't drag the book by over explaining the content or rewriting the same phrases repeatedly. Loved it! Totally will be reading all the authors books from now on.
