A Beginning, a Muddle, and an End
A Beginning, a Muddle, and an End: The Right Way to Write Writing | Avi
2 posts | 1 read | 4 to read
Avon the snail and Edward the ant are back for another funny--and philosophical--adventure. This time, Avon has decided he wants to be a writer, only to discover that writing is way more difficult than he ever imagined. He finally gets the word Something written down, but there's a problem: What to write next? Luckily, his friend Edward is there to advise. Brimming with wit, wisdom, and humor, this warm and winning tale of two friends on a quest will be enjoyed by readers (and writers) of all ages.

A journey for the writer and it's humorous. Snail wants to write and has trouble getting started. Ant pal is encouraging. Lots of word play. Very funny! Since my students liked The Phantom Tollbooth, I'm sure they will love this.

youngreadrshelf @readinginthedark it is so full of funny moments. You need to read it slowly. 🤓 7y

So I'm never reading just one book, but this is a lot even for me. My plan is to finish 2 of these this weekend and NOT start anything new. (Yes, I may have to yell at myself several times to make sure I'm listening). 😉
