OwenBanner I'm a little ambivalent about it. When I heard Ragnarok was coming, I was excited for a story with so much gravitas, but the MU these days is running primarily on "levitas", so I know it's a formula that works. The trailer doesn't seem to show the sense of doom and foreboding that the premonitions in other films did, but I still think it'll be excellent any way it turns out. 7y

the-flashley @OwenBanner I can agree with that. I do feel like Ragnarok and it's entire storyline, both Marvel and original Norse mythology, carries a weight that we're probably not going to get out of the MCU version. I'm excited to see how the movie actually plays out, though. And who knows, maybe it will end up somewhat darker than it appears. 7y
