Fred gets to explore "a whole new world" when she's asked to attend a gathering of Undersea Folk to help decide the question of whether or not they should reveal themselves to the world.

Also, there's an Underwater RV and I'm wondering why we haven't explored that idea as a concept more fully. 'Cause that definitely sounds like a fun vacation to me!

Fred speaks at an Undersea summit about the pros and cons of coming up to the surface. This also brings Fred back into contact with Artur and Thomas.

But that ending! If it wasn't already after midnight...
