As I was cleaning out my childhood books to give to a charity book sale, I found these from the Royal Diaries series. Each book was a diary "written" by a different royal young woman from a different place and time, and they were so influential on my younger self. I hope their new owner is a girl who takes as much strength from them as I did ? (I also hope her dog doesn't eat any of them. RIP Elizabeth I ?)
