pickA soft pick because it did hold my attention. Got this book during the pandemic in a mystery box from Half-Price books. A YA story, 1st of a trilogy, about a girl in Russia who is a necromancer. As the story goes on, she finds that most of the wealthy families she socializes with have supernatural abilities. An interesting premise but don‘t think I‘ll continue. Had a hard time with the MC‘s lack of knowledge or ability to use skills. #bookspin Oct
