The Lost Fleet continues its perilous journey home. Badly damaged and low on supplies, the Alliance Fleet is raiding Syndic mines for raw materials-and Captain "Black Jack" Geary hopes they can continue to remain one step ahead of their enemies. But the Syndics are the least of Geary's worries when he learns of the existence of aliens with the power to annihilate the human race.

I could have done with a bit less of the 4 dimensional battle planning but otherwise, good addition to the series.

Another brilliant addition to what has already proved to be a awesome sci-fi series. I loved the exploration of what bravery and honour mean, and how that can shift.
With this being book 3 I don't want to give away any spoilers, but this is most certainly a series I would recommend so far.

Third in The Lost Fleet series and I find the more deeply I get into this series the more I find it reminds me of Battlestar Galactica, which isn't a bad thing in my book at all. Black Jack Geary continues the fight against the Syndics as he tries to bring his fleet safely home, and I'm more than happy to ride along in the Dauntless with him.
