This book contained a lot of practical advice for business owners. Parts were a bit dated, but the overall message was still relevant.

Solid business overview book. Ramsey gives a lot of great practical plans on how to successfully start a business and how to succeed when you get there.
Also quite a few best practices on how to treat people who report to you.
While this book focuses on Ramsey's personal experience, much of the text comes across as egotistical. If you can get past that then it's a beneficial read.

I love this book! By far one of my favorite business books. A little theory but mostly practical advice that can be applied immediately to a business. Also some great thought provoking moments throughout that got me thinking more critically about each area of my business.
