5feet.of.fury SK books are so crazy because so many start one way & end another. While he was putting together his plan and all the disguises to do The Last Job, I was still hoping there would be a way that he could just stay in the neighborhood & really be a writer. But of course, we have to go do something completely different. But I liked Alice & that 2nd arc too. 4d

BarkingMadRead @5feet.of.fury that ending 😳 I didn‘t see that coming. I was really hoping for a HEA for everyone, but it was a great ending! I wish SK wasn‘t so political in his books, but it‘s not a deal breaker so I guess I‘m putting up with it 🤣 4d

PaperbackPirate I also loved The Overlook Hotel‘s cameo appearance! And the scary topiary animals are back! I was waiting for him to go back to the cabin after throwing the painting into the canyon to find it hanging up again. 3d

BookwormAHN I enjoyed this one but I thought it ended rather quickly and could of used another chapter or two. 1mo

5feet.of.fury I did not like this one, plotwise was ok -but seemed like 1/2 an idea to me -although many of his you never get a “why & how” and it‘s more about the characters react to the situation, which is very true here and the characters I thought were good except that I think the language/tone was wrong for the age / time period of the MC. Just in general the silly stuff he says. 1mo

5feet.of.fury @BarkingMadRead I was yelling “Ewww whyyyy Stephen” immediately tanked the book for me, I wasn‘t super impressed with this one anyway & that was ridiculous. &so pointless 1mo
