Loved these stories! Told in his southern voice, the listener slides smoothly into the nuances of southern living; past and present colliding, realigning and moving on.

This book has been sitting on my stack for a long time. When I finally read it I was very pleasantly surprised. Entertaining and quick moving. A good read when I needed a change of pace in my reading. I will read Lawson again.

I love a good story with some history thrown in and whole lot tension! This is a story of courage and guts in the face of incredible odds when Britain was standing alone against Hitler who was over running the world country by country. Two young Danes save the day!

I so thoroughly enjoyed this book!! Such an unlikely adventure but so amazingly entertaining! This is a book I won't forget. I've recommended it to so many people and everyone has loved it.
