A little predictable, but then again, aren't a lot of these romcoms? It's steamy, (although that doesn't happen right away, so don't give up if thats what you are waiting for) and it's funny as well. I couldn't help but want to see Mac find someone who would “settle“ him a little, and for Katy to find someone that would unwind her a bit.

Woah...did not expect this to end the way it did. Was it smutty...yes, but thats not what surprised me. I won't say more because of spoilers but if you like mystery and suspense, you might like this one. This book is NOT what you expect.

Really enjoyed this telling of the first 21 years of Nikki Sixx's life. He tells all...about his childhood; teen years and his path to stardom...and eventually to the Rock Star that he is today (well...like I said, the book goes up until he's 21...he hasn't formed Motley Crue..yet). Throughout everything, he never gave up on his dreams, and in the last chapter he shares his 'tricks' to stay focused.

A great read. Will highly recommend it.

Wow. I had no idea what to expect when I started this book. My presumption was that this was a book about Acne, and the author's lifelong struggle with it. But it is far more than that. It's the story of her journey through life...divorce, alcohol, death, and in the end finding her path in life, and finding happiness. Through it all the message of not judging people because you don't know the path they have walked resonates.

There is A LOT Of information in here. The entire book is quotes and anecdotes from so many people involved in the 80's hard rock explosion...from band members to producers to costume designers....all the dirty secrets, and not so dirty ones.

As an 80's teen, I found myself stepping back into time and even going to youtube to watch the old music videos from this era...partially as nostalgia, but also to remember who some of these artists were.

This is the story of 17 year old Lenni and 83 year old Margot who together are 100! This story is deep, touching and if you are not crying at least once, then I don't know what to say because I cried, I laughed and I just wanted to transport myself into their world. You put this book down and feel like you KNOW the characters. All of them, not just Lenni and Margot.

Really enjoyed this story. I thought the details were all there, except for one thing that nagged at me the whole time. There is NO “Master Chief“ rank in the Air Force. There is a Master Sergeant, Senior Master Sergeant, and Chief Master Sergeant. But no Master Chief. That fact kind of irritated me the whole time, but other than that, I really enjoyed the story.
