Pickpick

I just started this book, but it is about a African American labor and Delivery nurse that experiences racism and discrimination from some of her patients. I choose this book because I like realistic fiction, you wild like this book if your into realistic fiction.

Elizabeth.Spiess One theme in this book is perseverance, it is shown by the amount of hard work Ruth the main character has to go through being a single mom but also working as a dull time labor and delivery nurse. 2y
Elizabeth.Spiess The point of view of this story is third person omniscient. This point of view is established by the author by having each chapter being from the point of view of a different character and how different each character experienced the events that happened in the first chapter. The way this boom it written offers different perspectives on the events. 2y
MissYaremcio Nicely done Lizzo! I didn't finish this book so if you do, you'll have to tell me what it is all about! 6/6 2y

Mehso-so

This book is about a girl who has worked very hard to survive the Holocaust, been separated from her parents multiple time and have had to move around a bunch to keep safe. If you like learning about WWll and the Holocaust then you will like this book.

Elizabeth.Spiess One Theme that this book shows is a sense of unity and the importance of family through hard times. This is displayed by the time the family had to leave everything they owned and get on a ship to escape to safety. 2y
