I finished this today. I don‘t think it was the right book for me but I‘m grateful to #NetGalley for the opportunity to read #Transcription in exchange for an honest review.

It‘s unique, in writing style as well as the time period and plot.

I just couldn‘t connect with the characters, and there were so many to keep track of all at once. I was both confused & found that I didn‘t care and just tried to be mindful of the gist of things. 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tomigirl44 @MommyWantsToReadHerBook No I haven‘t, but I just added both of them to my TBR list - thanks. Even though I didn‘t care for this book I‘m not crossing her off my list - I‘m grateful for your recommendations and look forward to one of them in the future. 6y

MommyWantsToReadHerBook @Tomigirl44 I think Transcription follows on those two books so maybe reading them too would make sense and you might like it more? That being said a lot of people just don't like the Todd family books and that's okay 6y
