pickI started reading the first time and bailed on this book because the beginning is slow. Crawlingly slow. Achingly slow. Excruciatingly slow. HOWEVER once the action picks up it is pretty much nonstop.
There are unexpected twists and turns, hardcore ladies, mystical creatures and a protagonist that thrills my little feminist heart.
