pickFinal children's book for today - this Tasha Tudor story features her amazing illustrations as two little girls host thier annual Christmas party for their dolls. There is a dollhouse in this story that I am jealous of even as an adult 😂

I rather enjoyed this. I think it would make a good book club read for my third grade club. Loads to talk about! Also I now feel the need to own little wooden dolls 🤣. Glad I read it. Starts slow but then it‘s fine. On to April‘s book TWIG.
pickSuch a sweet book. The little doll family is happy until Marchpane, an obnoxious porcelain doll enters their midst. Wishing is the only way to communicate with their owners. It was fun and reminds me of Toy Story.

so-soI couldn‘t really get into this one until about halfway through, and most of the characters were pretty annoying. However, once the trouble started, it was a pretty good story and actually pretty intense for a story about dolls. I kinda wish I had a tiny little wooden doll, tho. 😁 #childrensclassicread2020
