I thought the overall message of the story was the best. I think that it is so cool to show the students that there will be times when they get to take a chance and they should have the courage to follow and do what they believe in.

pickIn this story, the illustrator uses both pencil and watercolor to create texture and light within all of the wonderful illustrations that are provided. The illustrator also used bright colors on the main characters and ideas of the story as well.
pickMy dad‘s christmas presents for my mom- „what to do with a chance?“and „what to do with a problem?“ (we already have „what to do with an idea?“) -they are such lovely children‘s books, I love the illustrations and the cute stories, even though they are somewhat similar. If you are looking for a motivating, lovely children‘s book- I can recommend them😍

For this book I would do a literature circle. The UDL I would use for this is 9.3 because they can use this book for self-assessment and reflection.
