I bought me a brand new Midori #TravelersNotebook today! They aren't cheap but I'm a #journal /notebook junkie so, on a whim, I decided to take the plunge. 🤗

The lady at the store was laughing at me cuz I bought this and a bunch of inserts but also bought another different notebook separately because...I...Just. Had. To. Have. It. 😅

TricksyTails I‘m obsessed with journals and pens, especially with all Japanese stationery. These are pretty awesome and customizable. xicanti I loooooooove my knockoff traveller's notebooks. (The originals are too far outside my budget.) I have two I use for writing-related stuff, including worldbuilding, progress logs, and character-related art. 6y

xicanti I used to fondle the sample ones at my favourite indie, until they stopped carrying them. They're so, so lovely, and I adore the way they mark up as you carry them around. 6y

GrilledCheeseSamurai @TricksyTails I do. My favorites are the Microns. 2bd up would be jelly rollers. I'm actually doing research into fountain Pens right now and think I'ma take the plunge and order 1 to see if I like it. Not a crazy expensive one but some company called Lamy makes (apparently) decent ones. We'll see. Microns are my fav though. Love me the archival inks! 🤗 6y
wordslinger42 Same! I love leather journals. There's really nothing better! I usually buy mine from Barnes & Noble, but I did find a really beautiful, handmade suede journal in a country craft store (not where I expected to find one!) 6y

wordslinger42 Bahaha serves them right for not appreciating all the wonderful journals out there! I'm taking the obsession to the next level, though -- I'm slowly collecting the supplies I need to start bookbinding so I can make my own journals! 6y

TricksyTails Ooh! Ooh! I love Microns. I love stationery and journals but I am a slightly bigger pen geek. I‘ve been wanting to get into fountain pens too. I failed miserably with the Lamy Safari. I have a death grip when writing and ruined the nib. 😅 So I‘m practicing with the more affordable Platinum Preppy until I learn to loosen my grip.
