I began a 14 month secondment in Jan this year. I was worried that the increase in responsibility and workload would cut into my reading but I've managed to read more than any other year! I've found myself giving fewer 5* ratings and finding most books >400 pages too long. Not sure if it's because of the volume of books, that I've become more discerning or that I'm just less patient!
