Mehso-so

Read in May-this was okay. Alex has the opportunity to participate in a writing retreat with Roza Vallo, a well recognized writer who she admired since early in her life. But her best ex friend also will attend this retreat in this remote area. Something happened between them that she doesn‘t want to see her. During the retreat things will happen even a murder but why? In a writing retreat? What is the motive? That was for me the weakest part⬇️

Gissy The motive of these murders and how they were committed were so unrealistic, absurd for me. There is something less lethal that many famous authors do (I can‘t say so I don‘t spoil the story). 3⭐️

#LiteraryDeadBookClub YouTuber @Lalasndbooks late reading for the month of April Definitely I don‘t coincide often with Lala (Keyla) story taste. I like her recommendations but some of her 4/5 ⭐️are okay⬇️

Gissy me. I will continue with her club because she choose books that I want to read so it is a way to read them but the rating, no way we don‘t have the same opinion.

Nessavamusic I‘m a fan of Keyla‘s channel too. I enjoyed this one, but it is completely bonkers. 10mo

TheAromaofBooks This one is on my list, but I have definitely seen some mixed reviews!! 10mo
Gissy @TheAromaofBooks Yes, you need to try it. I think the motive was absurd but some people like it because there are some interesting twists. 10mo
Nessavamusic @TheAromaofBooks if you go in knowing it is ridiculous and just go with it, you will probably enjoy it 10mo
TheAromaofBooks @Gissy @Nessavamusic - Sometimes enjoying a book is all about knowing what you're getting into! It's why I get annoyed when books have blurbs or covers that don't really match their vibe. 10mo
