Got to chapter 11 last night and it's gripping! Filled with action and London references from the start, which got me hooked. The language is a little laddish for my taste but authentic for the characters. It's my goal this year to incorporate more diversity in my reading, and I'm enjoying the break from "middle class white ladies." Note: Amer Anwar will be at the #EssexBookFestival this year!
