This is genre contemporary fiction around 2006, not sure of exact publish date. The man character is a young woman who dies and goes to "heaven" and is an intake secretary to others who have recently died. If I remember right it's kind of funny. One of her first intakes is a teenage girl who is a handful. And this is about all I remember, except I think there was blue colors on the cover, maybe? Please HELP ?and thanks!!

Gaylagal2 @bookcollecter I don't think Heavens Waiting Room is it. It was not a religious themed book at all, more like contemporary fiction and not a large book - under 300 pages. Thanks again for the help! It's truly driving me crazy😉 5y
