#CurrentlyListening to the second in the #AmoryAmes #cozymystery series. But they switched narrators! That‘s a pet peeve of mine in series. And I find this narrator #AlisonLarkin —who also narrates some of the Agatha Raisin books— rather annoying. The tone of her voice just grates on me. I hope I get used to it; I‘d hate to bail on the rest of this series...
pickThis was a fast, enjoyable read. This first-in-series cozy started slow but picked up speed nicely, as the fraught relationship between Amory and her charming husband Milo unfolds. The audiobook was very nicely narrated too by #BillieFulfordBrown. #AmoryAmes #cozymystery
