I really wanted to like this book more. While there are maybe a handful of good recipes in it, overall, it was a bit of a disappointment. I think Tosi was going for a junk food/comfort food vibe but it didn‘t come off as indulgent, just binge-like. There just isn‘t enough style or substance for me to want this cookbook.
