Black Cat Benefit: A Hilarious Cozy Mystery with One Very Entitled Cat Detective | Molly Fitz
1 post | 1 read | 1 to read
Enjoy this hilarious cozy animal mystery by USA Today Bestselling Author Molly Fitz . . . Nan has volunteered to raise funds for the local animal shelter by throwing the most lavish—but also the most convoluted—charity event in Blueberry Bay history. The so-called “Black Cat Benefit” is one part adoption event, one part dinner party, and also one part silent auction, formal ball, and glammed-up race for the cause. Unfortunately, when a guest turns up dead partway through the night, nobody takes his murder seriously, assuming it’s yet another part of the planned festivities. Oops! Can Angie, Nan, Octo-Cat, and Paisley, along with a clowder of uninitiated black shelter cats, catch the killer and save the night from ruin? Black Cat Benefit is part of the hilarious Pet Whisperer P.I. cozy mystery series about picturesque Blueberry Bay’s first ever talking cat detective. Along with his ragtag gang of human and animal helpers, Octo-Cat is determined to save the day… so long as it doesn’t interfere with his schedule. *** Keywords: cozy animal mystery, cozy cat mysteries, cozy dog mysteries, humorous mystery, funny mysteries, cozy mystery series, cozy mysteries, animal cozies, humorous cozy mystery, amateur sleuth, women sleuth, funny cozies, murder mystery, cozy murder mystery series, whodunnit, cozy murder mystery books, cozy murder mysteries Perfect for readers of Nic Saint, Leighann Dobbs, Samantha Silver, Sara Bourgeois, Kathi Daley, Addison Moore, Annabel Chase, Jane Hinchey, Amanda M. I loved this cozy mystery novella and will have to look into the series. Angie and her Nan are throwing a benefit to find homes for cats at the local shelter. Angie can talk to animals and they help in her search for the murderer of the substitute dj. I love her cat (the chihuahua is annoying, but that would be in character).
