so-soThe best part of this story is Braden‘s dog, called Cary Grant, and Amelia‘s Flemish giant rabbit, called Gulliver. Cassie and her daughter Amelia move into Braden‘s building after Cassie‘s husband is killed, looking for a fresh start. The story was good, but I wanted a more emotive story as Cassie and Amelia moved thru their grief to open their lives up to Braden, who had also recently lost his sister. I wanted to feel more for them while I read.
