Pickpick

I was immediately captivated by the writing. I love Old Hollywood, old movies, the stars. Young Isabella is an aspiring actress with a secret, and Leo is a blacklisted screenwriter with secrets of his own.

Wonderful, realistic characters. Vivid descriptions of Carmel.

Achingly beautiful.

I won this in a Goodreads giveaway. I‘m about 30 pages in and entranced.
