I would use this book in my classroom to teach children about the world around us. This book explains all the first things the baby did

Blurb:
I will use this book to open up the discussion of if any of my students are the first child in their family. And their feelings on that. Also, I would ask about what firsts have any of the students experienced.

Review:
The book uses the color yellow to convey the feeling of happiness throughout the book. There is also the use of space. The characters are almost always in the center of the page as they are the focal point of the story. The use of value is evident throughout the story as well.
