No. Just no. There is so much inaccurate information in this book that it‘s mind-boggling. Some of the information isn‘t even safe. Why would anyone recommend that someone leave their candles burning all night while they sleep!? Also, she gives the wrong color correspondences for the days of the week, and then later on in the book she gives a completely different list of color correspondences. Does she think her readers aren‘t paying attention? ⬇️

slategreyskies (Cont.) I felt insulted reading this, like she was given a deadline of writing the book in a weekend or something, and this is what she came up with. Maybe I‘m being harsh in my review, but I admit that I felt like she didn‘t do her research and, by extension, didn‘t have much respect for her readers. Also, why would she tell people to stir counterclockwise when wanting to bring something into your life? That‘s always only ever clockwise. Ugh. 14mo
Clare-Dragonfly Wow. This is one of those times when I wish I could mark a book “do not buy or read” 😑 14mo
slategreyskies @Clare-Dragonfly I felt a little bad reviewing it so harshly, because it‘s not like there was nothing in it worth reading, but it really was pretty bad. 14mo
TalesandTexts What??!! I feel this way about Temperance Alden‘s Year of the Witch. Limited research, poor writing, just wrong information many times, bad editing etc. I really don‘t understand why some books are so popular, when they have so many problems. 13mo
